About

As you may have noticed, AZ Real Estate Today is primarily a blog site about real estate in Arizona, but it isn’t an ordinary blog site.  This site is a compilation of blogs written by a wide variety of real estate agents and other professionals associated with the real estate field.  The purpose is to bring you the most accurate, informative, and interesting information about areas in Arizona that may be of interest to you.

The authors on this site have been hand-picked, not for their blogging abilities, but for their knowledge and interest in the area they are blogging about.  The authors do not necessarily work for the same company and probably don’t even know each other.  They are not blogging to network or just fill space, but are trying to make you aware and informed about various neighborhoods, communities, subdivisions, and cities within Arizona.  Everyone associated with this website believes that we are all better off with educated and informed consumers.

This website also contains various home search tools for your convenience.  If you are looking to purchase a home and register on one of the search tools you will be contacted by one of the real estate agents associated with this site.  If you request loan or mortgage information you will be contacted by one of the mortgage professionals associated with this site.

I want you to contact me if you encounter any of the following:

  • Rude or insulting behavior from any of the authors or their representatives.
  • You are not contacted within 24 hours of registration on a search site.
  • You do not receive timely communication from the agent/loan officer you are working with.
  • You are lied to, or feel that any misrepresentation has occurred.
  • For any reason you don’t like the AZRET representative who contacted you.

It is my goal as the owner/operator of this website to make sure that you receive timely and accurate information and that you are treated with respect, and in a timely manner.  Real estate agents are professionals and should be treated as such, and in return should act as professionals.
