If you are interested in being a member of AZRealEstateToday.com (AZRET) and blogging about areas of Arizona that you work and live in, then please send me an email or fill out this form. The email should include the following:
- Name
- Contact info
- City, area, community, subdivision, etc. that you would like to blog about.
- A short narrative as to why you are a good representative of this area.
There will be a limited number of authors allowed to blog about a particular area, for good reason. There is no need to have 3 people blogging about Agritopia, but there needs to be at least 3 people blogging about various areas of Phoenix. The decision as to whom the authors are and which area they will blog about is at the sole discretion of the owner of AZRET, Susan Ellis.
There is no monetary fee to be an author for AZRET.
You must be willing to submit an original blog entry at least once a week. If you do not submit the required number of blog entries, you may be removed as an author. If you “re-blog” another person’s blog or article from anywhere, you must give them appropriate credit.
You will receive your own WordPress website that is connected (a subdomain) to AZRET, but is fully under your own design control. The individual website is the property of AZRET. If you leave AZRET or are removed as an author, you will no longer have access or rights to this website or its contents.
You will receive client leads from AZRET for your area. There will be several search tools and modules throughout the AZRET website and you can request modules for your website. The people who register into these search modules will register into the Diverse Solutions account of Susan Ellis. You agree to pay Susan Ellis a 25% referral fee for any of these leads that complete a purchase or sale transaction, and a $30 flat fee on any rental transactions.
You are required to contact all leads given to you from AZRET. The client may or may not have been contacted by Susan Ellis, or another representative of AZRET. If this has occurred you will be advised when you receive the leads contact information.
You may be removed as an author on AZRET and all privileges’ suspended or removed at the discretion of Susan Ellis. There will be no need to remove you unless clients/users complain about you or you do not abide by any of the guidelines. Any referrals you have received from AZRET will remain your leads. There is no employment contract between Susan Ellis, AZRET, and the authors. Being an author on AZRET is a privilege, not a right.
You cannot buy an author position on AZRET.

Basically it is a win-win situation for you. This is a great opportunity for you to build your business and blogging skills at no cost. You won’t pay a dime unless you make a dime.
